Our Story
Opened since 2003 for lunch and dinner, OPS Pizza Kitchen & Cafe Restaurant has been known for its great food along with its family oriented and comfortable atmosphere. Whether it’s dine-in, take-out or delivery, our friendly staff are here to help seven days a week. We also offer banquet facility and catering service for all your special occasions.
We offer 4 big screens and 21 tvs for all our sport fans! Come and catch a game, listen to some excellent live music, play some trivia and enjoy a delicious meal!
Every pizza starts with dough stretched by hand for a thin, foldable New York–style crust, our house tomato sauce and real mozzarella. Order a 10″ personal, a 14″ medium or a 16″ large, or grab a slice at the counter. Want something different? Try the gourmet pies, like the Chef’s Special, Buffalo Chicken or Chicken Bacon Ranch. We also bake gluten-free and cauliflower crusts.
The menu goes well past pizza. We serve wings in eleven sauces and calzones and stromboli baked to order. There is house-made lasagna, baked ziti and Italian dinners like Chicken Parmigiana and Seafood Alfredo. You’ll also find toasted subs, gyros, burgers and wraps, a fresh salad bar and Cheesecake Factory desserts. Lunch portions of our entrées start at $11.99.
We have three kitchens on the Georgia–Florida coast: Kingsland, GA on Boone Avenue, St. Marys, GA near the historic waterfront, and Fernandina Beach, FL on Amelia Island. We also serve Kings Bay, Woodbine, Yulee and Cumberland Island visitors. Every location offers dine-in, pickup and delivery, and you can order online direct from OPS.
Planning a party? OPS catering trays feed about ten guests each, for birthdays, offices, schools and team events. Kingsland adds a full bar with happy hour and nightly entertainment: bingo, karaoke, trivia and a DJ.

Yes. OPS bakes a gluten-free crust ($16 cheese, $19.50 specialty) and a cauliflower crust ($22 cheese, $29 specialty). The kitchen also uses regular flour, so mention any celiac or allergy concern when ordering.
